Subsequently, he joined the RAND Corp, helped research and publish the influential and widely cited monograph "The United States and a Rising China: Strategic and Military Implications”. Andy is currently a Senior Research Fellow at the Center for China and Globalization (CCG) and a senior commentator of CGTN.
