Group Coaching & Problem Solving（abbreviation GCPS） It is a series of activities designed and developed by Chaoyang Talent Association for HR of start-up companies in Chaoyang. Once a month, 10-15 hr of start-up companies and 1-2 experts in related fields are invited to show more professionalism and practicability. The activity is bilingual in Chinese and English, hoping to bring HR more international personal growth and career development experience.

This time we invite guests from four totally different kind of entities:  HR head from a famous company called "Harvester" of Tsinghua CS talent, HRD from a Venture Fund named "the first angel" for returnee-entrepreneur, also " Big Boss"HRBP from a Unicorn startup, also we have a Mysterious Guest from government institutions who is a talent development specialist...
